Drum Winches
LANCIER CABLE cabling winches can be operated very easily and are adjusted optimally to their application.
Drum winches are mounted on a stable base frame.
- The drum is pulling the rope
- An exact rope coiling device prevents the rope from getting jammed between lower rope layers
- Due to the drum winch design the pulling force diminishes when the pulled in cable-length increases
while the pulling speed is permanently rising - Due to these facts the pulling operation parameters have to be permanently readjusted
